Banana Shake Recipe Restaurant Quality.

Banana Shake

The healthy and creamy drink known as a "banana milkshake," which is made with milk and fresh bananas, is high in potassium, soluble fiber, and energy. The primary base for smoothness in this shake recipe is a banana, but ice cream gives it a softer, creamy texture. Even in small amounts, cardamom gives it a delicious flavor, and nuts give you something to snack on occasionally.

It is simple to prepare and just takes a few minutes. Bananas, milk, sugar, and optional vanilla extract are the fundamental ingredients. The sugar can be changed to your preferred sweetness level, and the bananas can be either fresh or frozen.

  • Banana, 1 large ✅
  • 3/4 cup cold milk ✅

    Follow These Directions:

    Step 1:

Pick up a ripe banana. Slices should be made after peeling. Cardamom powder is used in this recipe to give the milkshake a wonderful flavor and to make it creamier by adding vanilla ice cream.

    Step 2:

Sliced banana should be added to the blender's or mixer grinder's large container.

    Step 3:

Sprinkle in a little cardamom powder. This component is optional. Skip it if it's not available.

    Step 4:

    Add one teaspoon of sugar.

    Step 5:

Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream.

    Step 6:

Over it, pour 3/4 cup of milk.

    Step 7:

Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth. Add 1/2 banana and combine the mixture again if it appears thin. If the mixture appears thick, add more milk and combine it once more to thin it out. Ice cream and banana milkshake are prepared. Serve it right after pouring it into a serving glass.
