Baked Feta Pasta Recipe
Even though I'm extremely overdue on this, my brother has been raving to me about how amazing and tasty baked feta spaghetti is, so I've finally made it. Although I'm not particularly trendy (and don't even have a TikTok account), I'll support this trend.
I shouldn't have waited so long to give it a try. I'm obsessed, just like pretty much everyone else! And fortunately, since its popularity has somewhat subsided, there shouldn't be any feta shortages.

Now Follow These Ingredients:
A 400-degree oven is recommended.
To a baking dish, add feta & tomatoes:
and oil: a 3-quart baking dish with grape tomatoes and garlic. Add a little salt and olive oil before tossing. Toss the tomatoes in the oil and then place the feta in the center.
For 30 minutes, bake in the center of a preheated oven.
Next, take out the baking dish and adjust the oven's rack so that it is in the upper third. Bake the dish one more and raise the temperature to 450 degrees. About 10 more minutes of baking will get the cheese and tomatoes to the point of beginning to brown.
Cook pasta:
In the meantime, boil the pasta for the amount of time specified on the pasta package in salted water (I use 1 Teaspoon salt and roughly 3 or 4 quarts of water).
Cook spinach while saving some pasta water:
Just before draining the pasta, add the reserved 1/2 cup of water, along with the spinach (it should wilt almost instantly). Rinse the pasta and spinach.
Feta combination together:
With the back of a wooden spoon, mash the tomatoes, garlic, oil, and feta together.
Integrate pasta and herbs:
Add pasta, basil, parsley, and red pepper flakes to the mixture.
Seasonal and thin:
To get the desired consistency, thin the mixture by adding a few teaspoons of pasta water at a time. Add salt and pepper to the food according to taste. Serve.
