Banana Cake Recipe
When I went to see a friend who had just given birth to her eighth kid, she cooked me this banana cake. "I should have baked for you," I commented to her.
Are Frozen Bananas Usable?
Yes, I often do this. The bananas should be refrozen at room temperature. Any extra liquid should be taken out, mixed, and used as recommended in the recipe below. This is the batter. You can expect some lumps.

Making the cake: In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and mashed bananas. In a larger basin, combine salt, baking soda, and flour.
